راهکاری برای مطالعه‌ی پایدار

اگر می‌خواهید سخت درس بخوانید، باید سخت کار کنید. اما به چشمِ دویدن در یک مسابقه‌ی دو به آن نگاه کنید، سرعت بالایی هست که می‌توانید با آن به دویدن ادامه بدهید و سرعت دیگری هم هست که بسیار بالاست و نفس کم می‌آورید. این دو نوع سرعت را از هم تفکیک کنید.

ساده‌ترین راه برای جدا کردن این دو کار،‌ تنظیم ساعت‌های معینی است که به شما اجازه می‌دهد زمان کافی برای استراحت داشته باشید. مثلا من می‌توانم ۵ روز در هفته از ساعت ۸ صبح تا ۶ بعدازظهر به علاوه‌ی یک نیم روز اضافه (البته با زمان‌های استراحت) کار کنم و برای چند هفته به این روال پایبند باشم.

توجه کنید چنین برنامه‌ای به معنای آزاد بودن تمام عصرها و روز جمعه (به علاوه‌ی یک نیم روز دیگر) است که در این زمان آزاد می‌توانید بیرون بروید، با دوستان‌ خود ملاقات کنید، ورزش کنید یا هر تفریح دیگری انجام دهید.

اگر در حال حاضر سخت درس می‌خوانید، احساس خستگی می‌کنید و در تلاش برای تغییر استراتژی هستید، حتی میزان حجم کار شما باید کمتر از این باشد. شاید برای چند روز ابتدایی یا هفته‌ی اول، عمل کردن به نیمی از برنامه کافی باشد تا برای عملی ساختن کامل آن آمادگی پیدا کنید. اگر در حین دویدن از نفس بیفتید، باید برای مدتی سرعت‌تان را کم کنید تا بتوانید به سرعت پایدار برسید.
