چگونه وسواس مطالعاتی را کنار بگذاریم
برخی از دانشآموزان مدام نگران این هستند که برای مطالعه در طول روز وقت کم میآورند، این موضوع برای داوطلبان کنکور در اوایل سال غیر عادی به شمار میرود؛ چرا که اغلب داوطلبان در آخرین روزهای باقیمانده تا کنکور نسبت به کمبود وقت خود دغدغه دارند. این موضوع از یک مسئله نشأت میگیرد و آن هم زیادهروی در مطالعه و یا همان وسواس مطالعاتی است.
چگونه وسواس مطالعاتی را کنار بگذاریم
این دسته از دانشآموزان اغلب برای مطالعه دو یا سه صفحه، زمان بسیار زیادی صرف میکنند و در روند مطالعاتی خود بسیار کند پیش میروند و احتمال اتلاف وقت آنها بسیار زیاد است؛ چرا که بیش از اندازه روی یک موضوع ماندن باعث خستگی و دلزدگی نسبت به آن مبحث میشود و دانشآموز وقت خود را به کار دیگری اختصاص میدهد و از خواندن آن مبحث باز میماند و در نهایت دچار اضطراب و استرس کمبود وقت میشود.
