مرور دروس خوانده شده در تابستان
چند جمله در وصف کمالات جناب مرور!!
* مرور تنها برای حفظ و نگهداری مطالب نیست بلکه در فهمیدن آنها نیز بسیار موثر است.
اگر خیلی باهوش هم باشید برای فهم یک موضوع نیاز به تکرار آن دارید.
* مرور موجب نگهداری و دسته بندی منظم مطالب در مخ میشود و سرعت عمل و حضور ذهن در جلسه را بالا می برد .
تفاوت تا این حد است که بگویند از بین چند تا گونی کتابی را پیدا کنید
و یا اینکه بخواهید از یک قفسه مشخص در کتابخانه کتابی را بیابید.
حالا که با اهمیت مرور آشنا شدید سوال این انست که:
چه زمانی مرور کنیم ؟؟
۲۴ ساعت پس از مطالعه بخشی از مطالب و پس از یک هفته بخش عمده ای از معلومات سر می خورند و فراموش می شوند
اما با مرور موقعی که ذهن میخواهد مطالب را در خندق فراموشی هل بدهد
مابقی مطلب را می گیریم و آن را همان بالا بالاها نگه میداریم
چند نکته ی مهم در مرور
*اول گل را بکارید و بعد به آن آب بدهید یعنی اینکه اول باید درس را خوب یاد بگیرید و بعد آن را مرور کنید.
*جلوی تلویزیون و جاهای شلوغ وباغ پارک جای مرور نیست. مرور هم باید با تمرکز در جای و زمان مناسب انجام شود.
*مرورهای اولیه زمان میگیرند چون در مراحل اول یادگیری و تعمیق مطالب هستید. مرورهای بعدی از پس از ایجاد
تسلط سریع تر انجام میگیرند و هلوا اند.
*وسواس نداشته باشد بگذارید مطلب خوب جا بیفتد.
